FACILITY & DISASTER RECOVERY

KMA resides in 10,000 square feet of a 200,000 square foot facility that maintains two backup generators, a dual layered security system and digitally recorded camera coverage for all exterior access points and interior space .  All resident data, order information and electronic communications are backed up continuously at the desktop and server level.  FTP, database and file servers are located in a dedicated, climate controlled secure internal room within our leased space which has electronic keypad access, separate security system & cameras.

In addition, all server data is backed up continuously via imaging technology and hosted offsite with our IT vendor that regularly undergoes SAS70 security audits for information technology processes and storage of sensitive data such as financial, health and government information.   KMA maintains two full time dedicated and mutually exclusive internet service providers and
