KMA resides in 10,000 square feet of a 200,000 square foot facility that maintains two backup generators, a dual layered security system and digitally recorded camera coverage for all exterior access points and interior space .  All resident data, order information and electronic communications are backed up continuously at the desktop and server level.  FTP, database and file servers are located in a dedicated, climate controlled secure internal room within our leased space which has electronic keypad access, separate security system & cameras.

KMA provides several types of models, depending on the goals of the marketer, including response models, paid response models, payment or credit risk models, churn/attrition models, high-value-customer (LTV) models, and customer clustering.
